Our Process

  1. Step One - Meeting.
    We seek to understand the skills, abilities, and the culture fit your organization. This would include your management style, goals, and expectations of this person. We will discuss what you don’t want in addition to what you do want in an individual. Our goal is to place employees in positions where both our employees and customers will benefit. During this conversation we will discuss the placement options and costs (and cost savings) associated with this service. We will also discuss the background and drug screening process that is required specifically for your organization.
  2. Step Two - Search.
    Once we understand what you need, we’ll begin a detailed search process that will identify the best candidates in the industry for your team. We have a very talented team of technical recruiting professionals with extensive training that results in the best pool of candidates for our clients.
  3. Step Three - Submittal.
    After we identify candidate(s) through our in-depth screening process we’ll e-mail a resume along with a cover letter that will explain why we think this candidate is a match. We ask that within 24-48 hours our customers respond with a “yes or no” (if no, please explain why so we can re-tool our search).
  4. Step Four - Interview.
    After we agree on a time that works best for you and your staff to meet our candidate, we will line up interviewee with directions to your facility.
  5. Step Five - Offer.
    For contract positions we make the offer to our candidate and discuss all the details they need to know about for their first day of work. We will also line them up for any specific background/drug testing that our client requests after they have gone through orientation/paperwork at our facility.
  6. Step Six - Contract.
    We will then e-mail over our staffing agreement that spells out the rates that we agreed to, as well as our payment terms. This contract needs to be signed and faxed/mailed back before our contractor starts.
  7. Step Seven - Follow up.
    Our follow up process is built into all of our relationships with customers and contractors. It’s important to us that both our contract employees and customers are satisfied. We take pride in getting it right and it shows in our high rate of successful placements.
